Cash on delivery (for orders within Greece)

Payment is simple and easy - paid directly to the delivery service, in cash.

You receive an emailed confirmation of dispatch from us on the date of the transfer of your order to the delivery service. As a rule, orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days.

The COD charge within Greece is usually 3.00 Euros and the shipping cost is also 3.00 Euros.

Paypal

PayPal allows you pay to simply, quickly and securely.

  • simply: you pay via 2 mouse clicks, without needing to enter your bank or credit card details.

  • quickly: we generally receive confirmation of payment from PayPal within a few seconds.

  • securely: your bank and credit card details are not passed on to any third party.

In order to pay using PayPal, you simply select ‘PayPal’ as the method of payment during the ordering process.

You are then transferred to the PayPal website. There, you can log in and transfer your payment to us. We take care of the fees for this procedure. After payment, you are returned to our website in order to complete the ordering process..

Are you not yet registered at PayPal? Then opening a PayPal account at www.paypal.com is simple, with just a few mouse clicks. Registering at PayPal only takes a couple of seconds: you just have to enter your email address, postal address and your bank account details.

Gift Wrapping & Packaging

We offer a free bespoke gift-wrapping service on all items purchased online and in our shops.

Packaging

All our products are carefully packaged and shipped securely. Your purchase will arrive in a postage box or postage bag, depending on the size of your order.

Your order will be wrapped into a transparent bag and placed into one of our bespoke paper craft bags or wrapped in brown paper and tied with cotton ribbon.

Returns

If your lovely item doesn't fit you or you didn't get the love feedback you hoped for, we give you the choice of return. For that reason, we made the process for you the easiest way possible. The steps are simple and clear:

Just fill in the return form you received with your parcel, giving us the info we need. Pay attention to the form description cells as you need to be super descriptive in each one. If you missed the form and need a new one just email us at info@redo.gr


As for your return, we offer you plenty of decisions for each occasion. More specifically your choices are:

  • 100% store credit via personal discount code. You can apply that code on your next order from our e-shop and the amount will be automatically deducted.

  • Full amount refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order by the same method you used to pay. If it was Cash On Delivery method you'll receive the amount via bank transfer which takes approximately 2-3 days to complete. 

  • Exchange with another piece. If you want to replace it with something else available, then you need to inform us in advance in order to keep your new item reserved for you. In that case just email us at info@redo.gr or give us a call at +215 5017280


Then pack it up by using the original received package (be eco hearted about it!) and return it in a 10-day space from your purchase date.

As soon as we receive it back we’ll send you a confirmation mail to inform you about. Don’t forget to check your junk mail, because sometimes our emails land in there. 

Please ensure that all the original tags are attached on the item and the item is clean, as long as your original order receipt or packing slip.

All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the bag is faulty.
For Greece customers the return postage amount is from 3.00€ to 5.00€ if you use Geniki Taxydromiki service, which we cooperate. Note that the shipping charge cannot be refunded.
